Meet The Team

Iain Mcelarney

Iain is the New Product Development Manager at MAST. Since being the first to introduce FIT to the UK in 2005, Iain has been heavily involved in the piloting of FIT for national screening programs, symptomatic triage and other clinical applications.

'I have really enjoyed working FIT over the years, helping the transition from the new test to the ‘gold standard’. To manage FIT in 12 countries, the MAST FIT team has grown significantly in recent years and am really excited to welcome the newest additions, Emily and Adan, the to the family.’

Emily George

Emily George recently joined the technical team as the FIT product specialist. Emily has worked for Mast Group for over 4 years and has moved from her Account Manager role to work with Iain in supporting customers with both symptomatic and screening FIT.

“FIT has become a core product for Mast Group. With the continued rapid uptake in both symptomatic and screening FIT in the UK I aim to offer some focus, additional support and allow Iain to take some well-earned time off! I have always been very customer focused and look forward to the varied relationships I will build through FIT”

Asdaq Sayed

Asdaq Sayed is the Marketing and Technical Specialist for FIT at MAST. He is responsible for creating technical and promotional literature for the product range as well as organising exhibitions and external advertising.

Instrument Support

The Instrument support team consists of Simon Furlong, Instrument Support team lead (top left), Craig Stubbins (top right), Jason Edwards(bottom right) and Adan Warsama (bottom left).

OC-Sensor PLEDIA and iO instruments are permanently established in the dedicated Instrument Support Centre at the Mast UK facility. The support team can use this area for training and to reproduce customer issues for real-time support.
